Really?!?! Don’t get me wrong. I’m a huge basketball fan and a diehard citizen of the BBN. Go Cats! But all this LeBron “The King is Coming” and “The Return” marketing makes me nauseous. I’m all about a good marketing gimmick but these are offensive to me as a Christian. On the flipside, if a sports star came out with a marketing plan that disrespected Muhammad and the Quran in such a manner, there would be a global outcry in the Islamic community. Meanwhile at the ranch, many Christians seem to be onboard with pairing LBJ’s likeness with references to the Second Coming…sheesh! As a Christian and a designer, I’m not a fan at all. Sorry Bron, had to vent! #wrongking
